From your purchase order to delivery, in six steps

Step 1
- You send the purchase order and the Ai file

Step 2
- We lay the artwork out with the cylinder maker, and send you the layout to check
- You check the wording, the size and the spacing, and confirm back
Layout prepared as a JPG/PDF file
- Duration: 3–5 days
Step 3
- We print a paper proof, 80–90% of the real job: colour, job and text size, layout
- You sign it and confirm back, if everything is correct
Paper proof printed for the customer to check the colour
- Duration: 3–5 days
- Note: if you have a target-colour sample, send it in with the artwork, and say which colour you need at Step 3
Step 4
- We hold the new-job meeting, order the cylinders, prepare the raw materials and book the production schedule
- We set the proof date and tell you when to come in for it

- Duration: 7–14 days
Step 5
- You approve the colour at the press, and the run starts the same day
Proof at the printing press
- Duration: 1 day, in production (print)
Step 6
- We deliver within 20–45 days of the layout you signed at Step 3.
Delivery
- Duration: Delivered within 14–25 days after Step 5

Finished pouches are counted, boxed and palletised here. Standard carton: xxx pouches. Delivery falls 20–45 days after the layout you signed in Step 3, which is 14–25 days after the press proof in Step 5.
